Do you get ‘hangry’?

Blood glucose highs and lows aren’t only for people with Diabetes. Our glucose levels fluctuate throughout the day as we eat. Our body takes care of blood sugar levels by storing the glucose in our cells to be used as energy.

Eating a healthy, whole foods diet low in sugar and containing plenty of fibre makes it relatively easy to stay satiated and resist temptation. But once we rely on sugar and coffee to make it through the afternoon, we quickly face problems.

If you are someone who gets “hangry”, the following description of Reactive Hypoglycaemia won’t come as a surprise:

Environment
Lifestyle
Mindset
Nutrition

Four factors of influence

Environment, Lifestyle, Mindset, Nutrition. All four factors, individually and collectively, produce the results of what manifests as health or illness. Lifestyle translates into quantifiable effects on health. Mindset produces a biological response as determined by your outlook and belief. Nutrition is the process of tuning and synchronising elements to become part of you. These are where the five causes of disease are manifested.

FAQ’s

Rhoncus id tincidunt rhoncus, elementum tellus, diam mi velit. Viverra phasellus varius tempor.

Most of my patients are in Australia, but I consult with people around the globe; telemedicine has made it possible to reach patients wherever possible. Specific tests might not be available in every country, but I can adapt to the available tests.

I, unfortunately, don’t; some cases need to be referred when the condition presented is outside my scope. Some people are unwilling to make the required lifestyle changes or are not coachable, and I can not take them on. It’s about more than just supplements and a diet
