Environmental toxicity

Home Services Environmental toxicity

We are bombarded by toxins on a daily basis

Environmental toxins are substances found in the air, water, soil, and food we consume, and they can significantly adversely affect human health. These toxins can come from various sources, including industrial and agricultural pollution, household cleaning products, and even the products we use daily, such as personal care items and makeup.
The human body is incredibly resilient but can become overwhelmed when exposed to high levels of toxins regularly. Some of the most common health issues caused by environmental toxins include respiratory problems, such as asthma and allergies, skin irritation and rashes. Toxins can also impact the immune system, making individuals more susceptible to infections and other illnesses.
In addition to these short-term effects, long-term exposure to environmental toxins can lead to more severe health problems. For example, some studies have linked toxins to an increased risk of cancer and neurological issues, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
The good news is that there are steps we can take to reduce our exposure to environmental toxins and protect our health. These include choosing products free of harmful chemicals, using natural cleaning products, and supporting policies and practices that reduce pollution and protect the environment.
It’s also important to be mindful of the foods we consume and chooses options grown and produced in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly manner. This can help reduce our exposure to toxins and improve our health and well-being.
Overall, environmental toxins pose a significant threat to human health, but by taking steps to reduce our exposure and protect the environment, we can help reduce the negative impact of these substances on our bodies and our planet.

Four factors of influence

Environment, Lifestyle, Mindset, Nutrition. All four factors, individually and collectively, produce the results of what manifests as health or illness. The environment can either lend a positive contribution or exert significant detriment. Lifestyle translates into quantifiable effects on health. Mindset produces a biological response as determined by your outlook and belief. Nutrition is the process of tuning and synchronising elements to become part of you. These are where the five causes of disease are manifested.

FAQ’s

Rhoncus id tincidunt rhoncus, elementum tellus, diam mi velit. Viverra phasellus varius tempor.

Most of my patients are in Australia, but I consult with people around the globe; telemedicine has made it possible to reach patients wherever possible. Specific tests might not be available in every country, but I can adapt to the available tests.

I, unfortunately, don’t; some cases need to be referred when the condition presented is outside my scope. Some people are unwilling to make the required lifestyle changes or are not coachable, and I can not take them on. It’s about more than just supplements and a diet
